Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy (developed by Austrailian Michael White and New Zealander David Epston) seeks to be a respectful, non-blaming approach to counselling.  It centres you the client as the expert in your own life. It provides a way of seeing problems as separate from ourselves, assuming that we all have skills, competencies, beliefs, values and abilities with which we can reduce the influence of problems in our lives.
